The Sun rises as it always has, unhurried, generous, unwavering.

In its presence, we move through 108 Surya Namaskar, a living mantra, a circular prayer offered in breath and soul.

This is not a practice of striving. It is a practice of listening to rhythm, to devotion, to the quiet threshold where one year dissolves and another is born.

Each round becomes a bow to continuity.

Each inhale, a receiving of warmth.

Each exhale, a letting go of what no longer needs to be carried.

We gather not to perfect the form, but to honour the cycle, the Sun that sustains life, the body that remembers, the year that begins again.
