What Hatha Yoga is?

Hatha Yoga is a technology of presence. It was conceived not to perfect the body, but to liberate awareness from its habitual identification with the movements of body and mind. Every posture, every breath, every deliberate pause invites the practitioner into the immediacy of direct experience, where attention ceases to wander through memory and anticipation and rests fully in what is. In this sustained encounter with the present, the fluctuations of the mind gradually lose their compelling force, allowing consciousness to reveal its innate clarity. The body is neither an obstacle nor an object to be mastered; it is the sacred instrument through which presence is cultivated and consciousness is refined. From this perspective, Hatha Yoga is not a practice of becoming someone new, but of remembering what remains when distraction, striving, and identification dissolve. Presence is therefore not an outcome of the practice. It is both its path and its revelation.

My Personal Prayer

Never take for granted your aliveness and all you have in your life that for sure is more than enough.
Never take for granted your breathing and your healthy mind and body.
Never stop wondering in the morning when you see yourself alive into the mirror.
Never stop being surprised to see a flower blossom, nor when you receive a hug, a smile or kindness.
Never stop saying the most powerful mantra you should chant every morning at your wake up that is Thank You.
